The Loading Dock truck ramp is pitched at a severe angle. Wheel blocks are available to assist
in loading and unloading trucks. Additional personnel are usually required at the load out. The loading
door is the smallest opening between the dock and stage. Trucks can also be unloaded via ramps
from the parking lot area and into the building through the stage door (8' x 8'). The stage door is 20
feet from the stage. This method of unloading is useful for smaller road boxes, wardrobe racks and
prop bins, but is not recommended for scenery
